Abstract

Applying the basic theory of study-oriented organization to the constructing of the study-oriented party organization in colleges and universities is significant.It puts forward the basic approach of constructing the study-oriented party organization by creating a good atmosphere,constructing a high efficient team,promoting system innovation,and establishing the mechanism for developing professionals and so on.
