Researches on the Standardized Supervision of Construction Quality

Abstract

The effectiveness of construction quality supervision was restricted by the contradiction between the extension of construction scale and relative stability of human resources. The past supervision mode could not meet the needs of current construction quality supervision. As a result,the authors advanced the combination of control measures including human resources,quality management,construction model,construction technology and informationized supervision by building the new standardized operation mode of quality supervision architecture to solve the problems and improve the effectiveness in this area.
