Abstract
Project quality supervision is a policy and the highly technical management work, its quality supervision, directly affects the entire building quality grades, structural safety and use function after completion, etc. Therefore, construction quality supervision is one of the most important content. The paper analyzed the necessity and measures that strengthen the construction project quality supervision.
