Abstract
A systematical analysis on LPG explosion type and cause during storage and transportation of LPG is made. A Failure Tree Method is used to find the explosion probability and cause. It is pointed out that the probability of leakage type fire and explosion of LPG is highest, which is the most dangerous in all of the explosion accidents of LPG. The precautionary measures to reduce the explosion and fire of LPG are presented.
