Abstract
Researches on the culture medium and the temperature condition,and the illumination condition of sporagium's production were carried out.The results showed that the pathogen had the greatest growth rate on OMA and CMA,the optimum temperature of Phytophthora capsici was ranged from 26 ℃ to 28 ℃;the best preservation medium was PSA;full-illumination was the best;it could increase the quantity of zoospore,after six days,the quantity of zoospore was the largest.This paper determinate the best method of Phytophthora capsici growth conditions and sporangia generation,and provided the suitable strain for screening resistant germplasm.
