Broadly speaking,the provincial conditions,namely the reality base of a province for development,including the population of the province and its structure,geography,climate,historical evolution,and cultural accumulation,social operating rules,political systems,economic development,various aspects of internal and external links and so on.Narrowly speaking,the provincal conditions can be demonstrated by figures.Before the reform and opening up,Anhui is a pawn of the national development on the chessboard,in accordance with national objectives for industrial and agricultural production planning.After the reform and opening up,the understanding of Anhui provincal conditions has gradually become clear,and exploration of the road of development as grownin line with its own reality.
