Abstract
Since reform and opening up,Anhui has always insisted on the development of Economic Circle,therefore the focus of economic development has also been wavering.This article proposes that Anhui insisted its center as Hefei and its focus on the Huaihe River in order to promote economic development in the south of Anhui by the north's development over the past several decades.The author believes that the above-mentioned strategy is wrong.The right path of development should be to the East.Cities along the river in Anhui Province may be a breakthrough.as the leading economic rise for the development of the whole province.The mode of development should be creating new ideas and giving full play to regional comparative advantage.In this way Anhui could increase regional competitiveness through the development of industrial clusters.
