Abstract

TV dialogue programs are very popular and fashionable in the international TV field. The TV column titledEvents of the Past', which is managed by Hubei TV Station, makes a entirely new exploration of the development direc-tion of this kind of program in China. Its success creates a great stir in Chinese TV field. The present paper makes a ten-tative study of' Events of the Past' from aspects of topic choosing and orientation, structure and humanistic care, and alsoexpresses the author's own ideas.
