Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on the Rehabilitation of Chronic Heart Failure Effects

Abstract
Objective To investigate the comprehensive nursing intervention on the rehabilitation effect of chronic heart failure.Methods From 2009 October to 2010 January,140 cases of patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into the observation group(70 cases) and control group(70 cases).The two groups were given conventional treatment and nursing in general internal medicine.The observation group with comprehensive nursing measures included mental communication skills,foreseeing nursing and rehabilitation exercise.Results In the observation group was better than that in control group,with significant difference(P0.05).The observation group was discharged before the 6min walk test than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with chronic heart failure methods improve the efficiency,promote the recovery of the patients,is worth to popularize in the clinical application.
