Influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure

Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods 100 cases with chronic heart failure were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was given routine care,the observation group was given comprehensive nursing interventions.The quality of life and 6 minutes walking distance in two groups was observed before and after nursing intervention.Results The 6 minutes walking distance in the observation group after nursing intervention compared with that in the control group after intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).The scores of mood,symptoms,physical limitations,social constraints in the observation group after intervention compared those in the con trol group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the quality of life of patients with chronic heart failure,improve heart function,nursing effect is significant.
