The Analysis of Fund-raising in Venture Capital Operation in China

Fund-raising is a key factor in venture capital operation.The venture capital is different from other capital for the special operation of venture capital.Since our capital market is not perfect and some institution arrangement is deficient, such as capital source,investors and the venture investment firms' immature,there is a series of difficulties of fund-raising in venture capital operation,this means that it needs efforts made by both government and venture investment firms to solve the problem.Government should foster venture capital and regulate the laws on the venture capital,establish communal fund.At the same time,venture investment firms should develop to improve its raising capability.
