On the Value Added and the Raising of the Venture Capital

Abstract
The venture capital in enterprises investment is important,how to successfully raise more money for venture capital and make it value-added is the first issue for venture capital.In the current investment environment in China,there is a large number of potential capital,in order to ensure the effective use of venture capital,the government needs to speed up the sound and perfection of relevant laws and regulations,so that there will be more mass to attract idle funds to promote the rapid development of enterprises.
