Abstract
Objective To explore the value of the minimally invasive surgery using High-frequency ultrasound guided Mammotome system in diagnosing and treating breast lesions.Methods 412 breast lesions in 320 patients were located before surgery,and the location of rotatory cutting was guided during operation.All the specimens were sent for histopathological examination,and the patients were checked using high-frequency ultrasound after operation at 3~6 months regular intervals. Results 412 breast lesions in 320 patients were diagnosed and completely removed in minimally invasive surgery using high-frequency ultrasound-guided Mammotome system,409 lesions were confirmed benignity,and 3 lesions were malignant.The diagnostic accuracy rate was higher than 97.6%.5 cases complicated with hematoma,3 cases with Subcutaneous hematoma,and 4 cases with breast cyst recurred after operation.There was no difference between both diagnostic methods.Conclusions High-frequency ultrasound guided Mammotome system plays an important role in the minimally invasive surgery for excision of breast lesions.Combined use of high-frequency ultrasound and Mammotome system is more effective,and it is worth to expand widely.
