Government Responsibility of Perfection of Social Security System for Land Lost Farmers

There are four problems in the field of social security system for land lost farmers in China: the shortage of the coverage of the social security of lost-land farmers and numbers of the insured farmers being nor enough;the quota of the insurance of land lost farmers limited;the gap between the insurants and other kinds of the insurance land lost farmers exists greatly.The level of social security for the insurance of the land lost farmers is quite different.The relations between the social security system of the land lost farmers and the existing social security is not normal.The responsibility and function of central and local governments at all levels are the key institutions to solve the above-mentioned problems.
