Abstract
Objective To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of bifico in early treatment of severe acute pancreatitis(SAP)and itsinfluence on inflammatory factors. Methods A total of 100 SAP patients were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into observation group(n=50)and control group(n=50).The patients in the two groups were treated with the conventional symptomatic treatments.Meanwhile, the patients in the control group were treated with the intravenousulinastatin and the patientsin the observation group were treated with oral bifico powder at the day of admission on the basisof the therapy for the control group. The blood levels of inflammatory factors before and after the treatment and the indexes of curative effect of the patients in the two groups were observed and analyzed. Results After the treatment, the rates of serious complications, death and operation treatment of the patients in the observation group were all significantly lower than those of the control group(P0.05).The abdominal pain duration, average hospitalization days, pancreatic recovery time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P0.05).The serum TNF-α,IL-6 levels of the patients in the observation group decreased significantly compared with those before the treatment(P0.05)and the IL-2 and IL 1 0 levelsincreased significantly compared with those before the treatment(P0.05),while the serum IL-6 level of the patients in the control group decreased significantly comparedwith thatbefore the treatment(P0.0 5)and the IL 1 0 levelincreased significantly (P0.0 5),but there wasno significantdifference of the levelsof IL-2 and TNF-αbetween before and after the treatment in the control group(P0.05).The improvements of the above inflammatory factors levels of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P0.05).Conclusion The early application of bifico therapy for SAP can make better treatment effects, improve the levels of inflammatory l factors more significantly, and reduce the incidence of serious complications and the mortality of the patients. The treatment is worthy of the clinical application.
