Abstract
Objective To study the clinieopathological features, diagnosis and differential diagnosis of solitary fibrous tumor. Methods One case of solitary fibrous tumor in breast was analyzed at light microscopic level and studied by immunohistochemical staining and reviewed the related literatures. Results The tumor was composed of spindle cells, witch arrange sparsely or densely and there are massive and ouloid collagen fiber among the cells. The immunohistochemical result: The cells expressed bcl-2 and CD34,but CK was negative in them. Conclusions solitary fibrous tumor is intermediate type tumor, relatively nonmalignant, and it relapse unfrequently after a complete resection, but this tumor is required long-term follow up.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
