Abstract
The residue of carbendazim in sugar orange was detected by reverse phase HPLC in this paper. The carbendazim in sugar orange was ultrasonic extracted with the solvent of methanol, purified by liquid-liquid partition, separated by Hypersil C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) with methanol-2% NH4Ac(V / V=45 / 55) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL / min and detected at 284 nm. The results showed that the recovery of carbendazim in the sugar orange was in the range of 83.40% to 92.87% , coefficient variance was 1.98%~3.35% and the lowest detection concentration was 0.01 μg / g, respectively. This method could meet the requirements of pesticide residues detection.
