Abstract
The Northeast China adjoins many other Northeast Asian countries and has their superiority respectively. The natural resource differences of Northeast Asian countries are obvious and complementary. It is vital significance that how we utilize the advantage of the regional economic cooperation to enhance regional environmental cooperation, promote the readjustment of the economical structure, expand the economical space of the Northeast and realize sustainable development.
