The Geographical Advantages Reconstruction of Old Industrial Base in Northeast China's regional economic cooperation in Northeast Asia

Currently,the economic cooperation between Northeast China and neighboring countries in Northeast Asia is mainly with low level in primary products and the export of labor services,Northeast China has not fully give play on its geographical and industrial advantages.The revitalization of Northeast China should strengthen economic cooperation with its neighboring countries in Northeast Asia,which need reconstruction regional advantages and adjustment Northeast China's industrial combination which participate in the international division of the Northeast Asian region.Therefore,we should speed up industrial restructuring,create the world's major equipment manufacturing base,focus on the development of new energy,new materials and other new substitute industries and strengthen the processing of agricultural products,pharmaceuticals and other industries.
