Exploration the Ways on Increasing Teachers' Practical Teaching Ability by College-enterprise Cooperation

At present,the shortage of teachers' practical teaching ability in higher vocational pre-school education major has become the bottleneck of restricting the increase of students' vocational skills,and their practical teaching ability needs enforcement urgently.Therefore,it should establish and perfect the corresponding system of college-enterprise cooperation,and construct committee of college-enterprise cooperation,entering enterprises and inviting enterprises' experts to colleges to increase higher vocational teachers' practical teaching ability.
