Comparison analysis of syphilis antibody

Objective:To analyse the detection methods of syphilis antibodies.Methods:129 cases of syphilis inpatient and outpatient in our hospital were selected in February 2009-February 2010,with TRUST,TP-ELISA,TPPA,three kinds syphilis serological detection methods to observe the results.Results:129 cases of syphilis with 3 methods of detection,with TRUST 92 cases were detected positive,the positive rate of 71.37%;TP-ELISA assay positive for 112 cases,the posi tive rate of 86.82%;TPPA positive for 129 cases,the positive rate of 100%.Three kinds of positive rates detected by sta tistical analysis and comparison of P0.05 were significant difference.Conclusion:The large number of persons at high risk for syphilis screening of easy use TP-ELISA detection.Of the TRUST and TP-ELISA and other screening positive,and latent syphilis spirochete test and some non-negative and highly suspected in patients with confirmed syphilis testing by TRUST detection.
