Abstract

The application of PLC in material sorting system is discussed in this paper.The design of hardware and software which regards FX2N-48 MR PLC as the master controller and combines transducers and sensor is carried out.The system has characteristics of low cost,high degree of automation,running stabilization,high precision and easy control, which can fulfill the different control requirement according to different situations with little modifications.
