Auto sorting system for materials based on mitsubishi PLC

Abstract

We design and develop auto sorting system for materials based on Mitsubishi PLC.By combining sensor technology and pneumatic control technology,it solves the sorting errors and low efficiency in manual sorting line in the factory.This paper meticulously illustrates the entire system design process and precautions of the system.It realizes the different control object sorting by revising testing and executive procedure.
