Abstract
Currently,China' s agricultural enterprises always adopt the following scientific and technological innovation modes of the secondary innovation, cooperation by production, study and research, innovation incubators, independent research, and so on. And they have to deal with technical, economic, market and marketing risks. There are also some problems in the process of the innovation, such as weak dominant position, low innovation level and limited ability of the original innovation, etc. Based on the analysis of internal bottlenecks and and external constraints,we proposed two countermeasures in order to enhance the innovation ability of agricultural enterprises, which may offer some revelations to the policy development in the related fields.
