Abstract
The cotton fabric was treated with self-made cationic modifier; then the modified cotton fabric was dyed with Reactive Red3BS,Reactive Yellow 3RS and Reactive Blue KN-B without salt; the concentration of the three dyes was 6%(o. w. f.),respectively. The influences of the dyeing rate curve and the dye transferability on the dyeing behaviours were discussed. The optimal fixing process was dosage of sodium carbonate 10 ~ 15 g / L,fixed at 60 ℃ for 20 ~ 30 minutes. The color fastness to washing and the fastness to crocking of the modified cotton fabric were similar to that of the normal dyeing.
