Abstract
Objective To investigate clinical value of sufentanil in craniocerebral operations. Methods 120 cases of patients ASA degreeⅠ~Ⅲ,under need endotracheal anesthesia, were randomized into two groups: the sufentanil group and the fentanyl group.Patients in both groups were induced intravenously midazolam, vecuronium, etomidate and sufentanil(or fentanyl),and maintained with sufentanil(or fentanyl) and propofol.Changes of haemodynamics and anesthesia palinesthesia were observed and recorded continuously during operation. Results Changes of haemodynamics index after induction BP and HR of the two groups were both lower than the baseline. While 1 minute after intubating and extubating the data of the fentanyl group were higher than baseline.Anesthesia palinesthesia were better in the sufentanil group than in the fentanyl group. Conclusion Sufentanil could be more efficient than fentanyl in endotracheal anesthesia of craniocerebral operations, with stable efficiency.
