On the Protection of Anti-unfair Competition Law on Intellectual Property

Anti-unfair competition law originated from the protection of intellectual property and is closely related to intellectual property law. The two supplement each other and are in interactive relationship. On the one hand, the anti-unfair competition law is the necessary supplement to the protection of intellectual property, especially those intellective fruits with no direct protection of separate regulations of intellectual property. On the other hand, the establishment of the system fo intellectual property is favorable for the development of competitive order of the market. Therefore, in a sense, the intellectual property law is an important component part of the system of competition laws.
