Abstract
Intellectual property law not only needs to maintain the interests of the owner of rights,but also to serve for the aim of the safeguarding of fair competition.There exists the issue of balancing of interests among intellectual property law,unfair competition law and antitrust law,which needs to realize the enforcement of intellectual property and the control of antitrust and anti-competition.Such mechanism of balance,all in all,is to balance various interests which shall be protected,which mainly deals with the private interests of the owner of intellectual property and the social interests to promote fair competition.
