Abstract

Objective To investigate the significance of T lymphocyte subgroup changes on the pathogenesis of sepsis in clinical. Methods A total of 62 cases of patients with sepsis admitted in our hospital from Jan,2010 to Jan,2013 were selected as observation group,60 cases with sepsis critically in the same period were set as control group. The organism cellular immunity function was evaluated by detecting two groups of patients with 24 h peripheral blood CD3+( CD3 positive lymphocytes),CD4+,CD4 positive lymphocytes),the percentage of CD8+positive( CD8 lymphocytes),and CD4+/ CD8+value change situation. Results CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/ CD8+values of peripheral blood in the observation group were lower than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences between groups( P 0. 05); peripheral blood CD4+,CD8+and CD4+/ CD8+values in death group of in patients were lower than those of the survival group, with statistically significant differences between groups( P 0. 05). Conclusion The fact that CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/ CD8+were significantly lower in patients with sepsis, and death index was significantly lower than those patients in survival group, showed that patients with sepsis combined with immune function damage, and low peripheral blood CD4+, CD8+and CD4+/ CD8+value,suggested with poor prognosis.
