Abstract
The optimum extracting conditions of flavones in Ginkgo biloba pollens were investigated by single factor experiment and using the orthogonal experimental design. The results showed that various methods had different influence on extraction rate of flavones. In the Soxhlet extraction, the extraction rate is high when n-butanol was used as solvent extracts. In the back-flow,12∶1 of 75% ethanol to Ginkgo biloba pollens weight, extraction for 2 times and 1.5?h for each time were optimal. In the 60% ethanol ultrasonic extract, the extraction of 30?min was optimal.
