Abstract

The orthogonal test was adopted to study the effects of three factors including ethanol concentration, soaking time and extracting time with ultrasonic on the extraction rate of flavones from ginkgo. The results showed that the best technology of extracting flavonoid from ginkgo leaves was extracting 25 min after soaking for 10 h with 60% ethanol.Natural clarifier(ZTC1+1) reduced the recovery rate of flavones by 25.81%,but it increased the purity by 7.13%.Microwave extraction had more advantages than ultrasonic extraction.
