In order to shorten the developing period of the business,a universal information system frame based on workflow engine is introduced.A light flexible workflow engine based on relational structure which is suitable for key business development is designed.The design principle and realization method of organization model,information model and control model are described.Application of the workflow can shorten the developing period of the key business and enhance work efficiency as well.
