Abstract
Objective:To compare the clinical effects of three kinds of surgery for treatment of glaucoma with cataract. Methods:Three approaches were performed on 68 eyes with glaucoma and cataract.Intraocular pressure(IOP)control, the visual acuity improvement, filtering bleb and complications between three approaches were compared. Results:The postoperative IOP of three groups were(9.32±2.11)mmHg,(10.35±2.33)mmHg,(10.34±2.65)mmHg lower than those before surgery(P0.05).There was no significant difference between the three groups(P0.05). Conclusion:The effects are similar between the three approaches. The approaches will be selected according with IOP,cornea and anterior chamber.
