Abstract
The Lorentz force between two point charge with mutual motion is analyzed, the following results such as mathematics relationship and mechanical properties of Lorentz force are discussed. It is pointed out that Lorentz force is not accord with Newton third law. The condition and applicability of Newton third law are explained.
