Abstract
【Objective】 To explore the clinical diagnosis value of thinprep cytologic test(TCT) combined various subtype human papillovirus(HPV) infection with cervical lesions.【Methods】 From June 2009 to December 2009 in our hospital,340 patients underwent TCT examination showed positive(ASCUS and above),cases of ASCUS,LSIL,HSIL,SCC were 266,63,6,5 respectively, all of them received 21 subtype HPV testing.【Results】 116 cases with HPV positive, subtype of high risk and low risk were 39 and 77 cases, cases of ASCUS,LSIL,HSIL,SCC were 16,14,4,5 and 53,22,2,0,mean age was 42.1 and 33.5 years respectively.【Conclusion】 Thinprep cytologic test and HPV testing are effective methods for cervical lesions screening, combination of the two methods can improve early diagnosis rate of cervical lesions.
