Their lack of credit not only affects the their own development, but also brings ill effects to cultivation of the sense of credit and the creation of credit system. The causes for lack of credit include unclear property right and bad management inside those enterprises themselves, slow construction of relative law and assurance systems and credit information services, and ill systems of supervision, punishment and reward. Thus, all related elements inside and outside must be considered in order to solve the credit problems of medium-sized and small enterprises.
