Abstract
The setbacks for the construction of the social credit service system and the enterprise′ s ignorance of credit service are the major factors contributing to the loss of the credit management of medium and small-sized enterprises in minority areas where the construction of the credit system calls for an active circumstance created by government.Enterprises can be allied among themselves by credit.The most important is that enterprises should establish the credit self-discipline mechanism,work out the rules for credit management.The enterprise groups,therefore,should attach importance to self-discipline and set an example for others,strengthen the education of credit management,establish and perfect the rewards and punishment mechanism for the credit management.
