Abstract
The production perspective of the firm theory,an alternative view of the theory,develops along with the rise and advancement of capitalist enterprises.In the field of modern economics,studies of enterprise historians,firm theories based on Schumpeter's innovative theory,and the firm theory from the perspective of network are relatively active ones from the production perspective.These theories reveal the actual practices of capitalist enterprises in different phases from various angles.However,they also have the limitation of confining their studies to certain features of enterprises under a given social structure.
