Comparison of the three foundational business enterprise theories

Abstract

There are three important theories in the process Of the development in Firm's Theory:the Contractual Theory of the Firm created by Coase in 1937,the Entrepreneurial Theory Of the Firm created by Knight and the Producer Theory Of NewClassical Economics.This article has comparable research to these three theories,intending to point out that the nature of the firm is not single.Therefore,it has introduction of two kind theories for the durability of firm's nature at last.
