Effects of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment on nephrotic syndrome in 62 cases

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effects of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment on patients with nephrotic syndrome edema.Methods:Sixtytwo cases was divided into 6 kinds of types by syndrome differentiation:windheat attacks the lung type(风热犯肺型),Qiwater stasis type(气滞水停型),wettingheat stasis type (湿热壅滞型),spleenkidney Yang deficiency type(脾肾阳虚型),liverkidney Yin deficiency type(肝肾阴虚型),QiYin both deficiency type (气阴两虚型).All patients were treated with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment.Results:The marked effective rate was 58 1% and the total effective rate was 75 8% after treatment in the 62 patients with nephrotic syndrome edema.There was not sideeffect in all patients.Conclusions:Traditronal Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment has a good effect on nephrotic syndrome edema.
