Twenty-Eight Cases of Primary Nephrotic Syndrome Treated with Therapy of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of therapy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on primary nephrotic syndrome. Methods: Twenty- eight patients with primary nephrotic syndrome were given TCM therapy with syndrome differentiation and hormone. Results: Among the 28 cases,13 were completely mitigated; 8 were remarkably mitigated; 5 were partly mitigated; And the effective rate was 92. 9%. Conclusion: Therapy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine has remarkable clinical curative effect on primary nephrotic syndrome,can relieve the patients' dependence on hormone,and reduce hormone withdrawal syndrome.
