Abstract
A new method to optimize parameters has been built for BP network following uniform design. The ultraviolet absorbed spectroscopy of NO\+ -1 \-3 and NO\+ -1 \-2 was studied. On the basis of back propagation algorithm, neural networks were applied to deal with the spectroscopy data.A new method to determine NO\+-\-3 N and NO\+-\-2 N in water samples was proposed. Good results were obtained.
