Oral English Teaching and the Promotion of Students' Communicative Competence

Abstract

The non-English major's ability to communicate in oral English is poor.The author studied and analyzed the common problems arising in oral English teaching class,and suggests some ways to improve the students' communicative competence by creating an atmosphere for communication in classroom teaching and in extracurricular activities.
