Abstract

Styrene,butyl acrylate,meyhyl methacrylate and methyl acrylic acid were used as monomers,and AMPS as an emulsifiability monomer,polyacrylate sodium as a stabiliser,K_2S_2O_8 as an initiating agent,NaHCO_3 as an electrolyte,with mulsifier-free polymerization,then the emulsion of styrene/acrylate was prepared.The influence of the ratio of reactants and the condition of polymerization have been studied .
