Abstract

To implement undergraduate tutor system is a new tendency in higher education,also is a new attempt of reform in collegiate teaching system.To develop check-up and evaluation of tutor work is an inner requirement to perfect undergraduate tutor system,also is a means to realize working target of undergraduate tutor system.The check-up and evaluation of tutor work have to stimulate enthusiasm as the leading,and to improve guiding learning as the goal,with systematic management as the guarantee and with multiple evaluation as the means.
