The present situation and development strategy of rural vocational education in Henan

Abstract
After more than 20 years of development, the network of rural vocational education in Henan province takes shape basically, and set up specialized and unspecialized teachers team of vocational education. The enrollment scale of various vocational education enlarged every year. The vocational schools' market consciousness is strengthened progressively, large quantities of talents were trained. But the rural vocational education still troubled by the problems such as insufficient investment, employment difficulties and so on. We should adopt measures to develop rural vocational education in Henan.
