On the Development of Rural Areas-oriented Vocational Education

According to the definition of countryside,the rural area-oriented vocational education indicates the vocational education that faces to rural industries and peasants,and the former means the agriculture-related vocational education and the later means to carry out vocational education and training for rural migrant labors who have transferred to cities and for peasants who engage in agricultural and non-agricultural industries.Based on the connotation,the development of rural areas-oriented vocational education should pay attention to serve for rural industries,emphasize pre-post education and in-service training,and provide policy support in the aspects of talents flow and utilization.
