Abstract
Three groups of swine(n=5) were injected intramuscularly Baytril 5%,enrofloxacin injection A,and enrofloxacin iniejction B.Plasma concentration was measured by HPLC,and concentration-time data was processed by Winnonlin6.1.The results showed that models of all groups were best fit by one-compartment open model with peak concentration of 0.87,0.63,0.49 μg/mL,and AUC of 6.32,5.31,3.45 h·μg·mL-1.Baytil 5% is the best in pharmacokinetics,then injection B,injection A last.It indicated that injection B was improved significantly,but slightly inferior to Baytril 5%.Its pharmacokinetic attribute of absorption should be improved.
