Abstract

Objective:To establish a method for the determination of the contents of five flavone ingredients (baicalin,wogonoside,baicalein,wogonin,oroxylin A) in Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi under arsenic stress.Methods:The contents were determined by RP-HPLC method.The column used was C18 column,the mobile phase used were acetonitrile-0.1% formic acid solution,the detection wavlength was set at 275 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,the column temperature was controlled at 27 ℃.Results:The contents of five flavone ingredients separated completely in 30 minutes,and each component had good linear relationship each other in the detection scope.Conclusion:This method is simple,accurate,and the contents of five flavone ingredients were measured at the same time.The quantitative analysis of main ingredients in Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi under arsenic stress was performed for the first time.This method can be used for component analysis and quality control of medicinal material of Scutellaria class.
