Abstract
Objective To observe the relation of the sinus heart rate turbulence(HRT) and type 2 diabetes. Methods 24h dynamic electrocardiograms were recorded in 46 patients with type 2 diabetes and 50 healthy persons(control group) then the SDNN and the HRT of each group of turbulence onset(TO) and turbulence slope(TS) were measured and the relation of these indexes was analyzed. Results ①The positive detection rate of the TO,TS,SDNN of patients with type 2 diabetes were higher than the control group.②Higher TO was found in type 2 diabetes patients with chronic complications than those without chronic complications; On the contrary, lower TS in type 2 diabetes patients with chronic complications than those without chronic complications(P0.05).Conclusion HPR was abated or disappeared in patients with type 2 diabetes, and HRV was abated, which implied HRT and HRV may be used as a reliable and noninvasive indexes to evaluating the autonomic dysfunction in type 2 diabetes patients.
